Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Description OverviewMission Restoration is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative to manage the full lifecycle of customer payments across active and completed projects. This role sits within the finance function and is critical to maintaining cash flow, customer accountability, and operational alignment.Key Responsibilities→ Own collection efforts across the full pipeline of outstanding customer balances→ Secure initial deposits prior to project kickoff→ Drive final payment collection upon project completion→ Coordinate with Quality Assurance to resolve issues impacting final payment→ Partner with vendors to manage lien releases and documentation→ Work with legal/attorneys on demand letters for delinquent accounts→ Schedule and coordinate in-person payment collection with field reps→ Maintain accurate records and status updates across all accountsThis role directly supports Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and financial closeout processesCompensation→ Base: $65,000 – $75,000→ Commission: 0.5% on all funds collected→ Typical OTE: ~$120,000What We’re Looking For→ Strong follow-through and accountability (no dropped balls)→ Comfortable handling collections and difficult conversations professionally→ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously→ Experience with AR, collections, or finance ops preferred→ Ability to coordinate across departments (QA, field, legal, vendors)Why This Role MattersThis isn’t back-office bookkeeping.
