Senior Java Developer

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database administration, including performance tuning, backup/recovery, and database design. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale database projects.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop database schema to meet business requirements.Implement and maintain database security, backup, and recovery procedures.Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure high availability and scalability.Collaborate with development teams to ensure database compatibility and performance.Perform database migrations and upgrades to ensure seamless transitions.Develop and maintain database documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 database support. Required Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of database administration, including database design, performance tuning, and security.Experience with database management systems, such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.Proficiency in SQL and database query languages.Knowledge of database backup and recovery procedures.Experience with database migration and upgrade tools.Strong understanding of database performance monitoring and optimization techniques. Required Qualifications:6-9 years of experience in database administration.Strong knowledge of database administration, including database design, performance tuning, and security.Experience with database management systems, such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.Proficiency in SQL and database query languages. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud-based database services, such as Amazon RDS or Google Cloud SQL.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and Git.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
