Your adventure awaits!We are seeking an experienced D365 Functional Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of business solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role focuses on translating business needs into scalable, efficient functional designs while ensuring alignment with best practices and system capabilities. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving successful implementations and continuous improvements.Responsibilities & DutiesFunctional Leadership & Solution DesignLead the functional design of D365 solutions across Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain, or Customer Engagement (CE)Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designsConduct fit/gap analysis and recommend optimal use of standard D365 functionality vs customizationEnsure solutions align with business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practicesBusiness EngagementPartner with business leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to understand goals and challengesFacilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution reviewsAct as a trusted advisor to the business on D365 capabilities and process improvements.Implementation & DeliverySupport end-to-end implementations including design, configuration, testing, and deploymentCollaborate with technical architects and developers to ensure solutions are implemented as designedOversee data migration strategies, system integrations, and process workflows from a functional perspectiveAssist in defining test scenarios, UAT coordination, and validation of business requirementsProcess OptimizationIdentify opportunities to improve business processes using D365 capabilitiesDrive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across business unitsEnsure proper documentation of business processes and system configurationsGovernance & Best PracticesEstablish and enforce functional standards and design principlesEnsure consistency across modules, business units, and implementationsSupport change management, training, and user adoption effortsQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field12+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or both)Strong functional expertise in one or more areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.)Proven experience leading or contributing to full lifecycle D365 implementationsDeep understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM best practicesExperience conducting fit/gap analysis and writing functional design documentsMicrosoft D365 Functional Consultant or Solution Architect certificationsExperience working in multi-entity or complex enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Experience supporting integrations and working alongside technical teamsKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesSelf-motivated with proven track record showing the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently with limited oversightA high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, self-awareness, humility, confidence, honesty, and respect) are necessary qualitiesAlign with Patrick Industries “BETTER Together” mentality by pursuing Balance, Excellence, Trust, Teamwork, Empowerment, and Respect within the organizationAt Patrick Industries, BETTER Together is our commitment to being our best while striving to bring out the best in one another as we join forces Individually, as Teams, with our Business Units, with our Customers, our Communities and within our entire Patrick family.Patrick is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Location:Elkhart, Indiana, US, 46516Work Arrangement: on-siteBusiness Unit: Patrick Industries Inc CorpNearest Major Market: ElkhartNearest Secondary Market: South Bend
