We focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and comprehensive wellness to ensure our patients achieve their best health outcomes in a supportive and friendly environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties: Deliver high-quality primary care and provide coverage for the Walk-In Clinic.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely charts utilizing our advanced AI Scribe technology, streamlining workflow and significantly reducing administrative time.Team Dynamics: Maintain a positive, hardworking attitude and collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary care team.Clinical Skills: Perform essential clinical tasks, including reading EKGs and placing IVs.Schedule: Full-time schedule consisting of 3-4 days per week and 2 Saturdays per month. QualificationsCertification: Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - must be able to see patients of all ages.Experience: At least 1+ year of post-graduate experience in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting.Licensure: Active Florida medical license (NP or PA) or the willingness to obtain one.Technical Skills: Must be proficient in reading EKGs and placing IVs.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation with productivity bonus opportunities.Comprehensive health insurance, with 50% of the medical premium paid by the employer.Generous PTO and CME allowance.401k with 3% safe harbor.Malpractice insurance coverage.License and DEA fee reimbursement.Our practice is a proud member of Privia Medical Group, a national physician organization with more than 5,300 providers across over 1,300 locations in multiple states.
