Inventory Control Coordinator-3rd ShiftWork Location: Itasca Position requires the ability to work overtime. As a result, it may require working varying start times, end times, and weekends dependent on business needs. Core hours are Mon-Fri 10:30pm-6:30am, Saturdays and OT as needed.The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management and control within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include conducting daily inventory operations, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting process improvements through data-driven analysis. Key areas of focus include monitoring material usage variances, executing cycle counts and adjustments, generating inventory performance reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Ways you will make a difference:Create and maintain detailed inventory reports, including counts, discrepancies, and trend analysisAnalyze and report inventory data to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and production discrepancies and support production schedulesMaintain accurate inventory records in SAP and Warehouse Management (WM) systemsEnsure correct allocation of inventory to production orders and work centers, supporting operational efficiencyParticipate in root-cause investigations for inventory differences, drive corrective action, and verify follow-throughCoach internal employees to use SAPSupport internal and external audits by providing documentationContribute to cross-functional continuous improvement initiativesSkills that will make you successful:Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication skills with a collaborative mindsetHighly organized with ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyExperiences that will support your success:1-3 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or operations analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or CPG environmentExperience with SAP or related ERP systems and inventory control toolExposure to Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with inventory management systemsProven experience in inventory tracking, data analysis, and variance resolutionWhat We Offer:At Ferrara, we're proud to support our employees with comprehensive benefits that enhance health, financial wellness, and include paid time off (PTO).
