Salary: $21.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience).
Schedule: Afternoon Shift | Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours).

What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents.
Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills.
Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
Track progress and document session notes.
Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team.
New to ABA?:
No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You’ll learn evidence-based strategies that make a real difference in children’s development.
What We’re Looking For:
Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals.
Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius.
(ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!).
Schedule Requirements:
Afternoon availability (after school hours).
At least 4 days per week.
Occasional weekend availability may be requested.
