This position will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage day-to-day store operationsHire talentTraining and developing the teamManage employee performanceSchedule employee shifts effectively to meet guest demandDrive store profitabilityActively manage P&L and inventory by identifying store and category sales trendsForecast and analyze business trends and functionality within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expensesImplement action plans to generate and drive additional sales opportunitiesCreate an organized and process-oriented environmentCommunicate company objectives as necessaryCreate a culture of people-first, superior guest serviceSet clear expectations for team members, track results, and manage performance for continuous improvementSchedule team members effectively to meet guest demand and deliver a superior experience while maintaining labor controlsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 1 year of retail management experienceMust have valid driver's license and MVRThe role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work an average of 50 hours per week, including one weekend per monthAvailability to be on call 24/7EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED is requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
