Senior Product Manager - Savings & Investments

Senior Product Manager We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of Finom's Savings & Investments proposition – starting with a MiFID-compliant fixed-yield product and expanding into simple, accessible investment tools for SMEs across Europe.This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, finance, and regulation – requiring someone who can think strategically, navigate operational and legal complexity, and build products that are both loved by users and technically sound.You'll be shaping a new product category at Finom and defining how tens of thousands of small business owners manage idle capital, earn interest, and access financial growth tools natively from their Finom account.What you'll doOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of Finom's Savings & Investments products – from initial fixed-yield wallet to multi-asset investingDefine and drive the roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Treasury, Ops, Compliance, Marketing)Design scalable, compliant product mechanics (funds flow, sub-ledgering, yield logic, fallback handling, plan caps)Collaborate with external partners (MiFID broker, custodian, asset platforms) and lead technical + regulatory integration effortsMonitor product performance (adoption, penetration, AUM growth, ARPU uplift) and continuously optimize for business impactTranslate user needs into intuitive UX together with the Design and Research teamsContribute to positioning, internal FAQs, and go-to-market strategyWho you areYou have 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, brokerage, or investment productsYou've built or scaled regulated financial products – ideally involving payments, wallets, or asset-based productsYou understand MiFID and financial licensing frameworks, or are comfortable ramping up fastYou're comfortable with technical topics (fund flows, APIs, settlement structures) and can work closely with designers and engineersYou're collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of driving alignment across diverse stakeholders (legal, finance, engineering, partners)Nice to haveExperience working with money market funds (MMFs), ETFs, or other investment instrumentsPrevious experience integrating with custodians, brokers, or banking-as-a-service platformsBackground in treasury, capital markets, or B2B financial productsPassion for empowering small businesses and making finance more accessibleHiring Process:HR Interview – An initial conversation to learn more about your experience, motivation, and expectations.Product Craft Interview – A deep-dive into your product thinking, problem-solving approach, and past cases.Take-Home Assignment – A task designed to evaluate your product sense, prioritization, and communication skills.Final Interview & Assignment Presentation – A discussion with the CPO and hiring manager where you'll present your assignment and walk through your decisions.Cultural Fit Interview – A conversation with potential teammates to assess collaboration style and team fit.What You Will Get In ReturnMake a genuine impact on the productJoin our upward trajectory, and grow with us.
