ControllerSalary: $130,000-$160,000Why This Opportunity?Opportunity to grow with a global company.Strong benefits package with multiple plans.Flexible working hours!Multiple retirement plan options with strong matches.Key Responsibilities – ControllerLead and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, financial statement preparation, and audit coordination.As Controller, monitor inventory control, cash management, and foreign currency transactions.Develop and standardize procedures, implement KPI’s and controls, and improve process efficiencies.Collaborate with the budget and forecasting process and serve as a strategic resource, in the capacity of Controller, for business planning and decision making.What We’re Looking For – ControllerBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.Cost experience preferred.
