Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution and governance of enterprise learning operations, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
Oversee eLearning platforms and training coordination, ensuring quality and accessibility of learning resources
Manage performance evaluations and succession planning processes in Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
7-10 years of experience in learning operations, HR operations, or Enterprise Systems Administration
Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex operations
Strong skills in systems thinking, process design, and operational governance
Must be at least 18 years of age
