About the Role Pro 2 Pave is seeking a high-energy Sales Project Manager to bridge the gap between winning new business and delivering high-quality paving solutions. You won't just be closing deals; you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their vision is translated accurately to our field crews. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and pursue new commercial paving opportunities. Estimation & Bidding: Conduct site visits to measure and evaluate project needs; provide accurate cost estimates for asphalt, concrete, and sealcoating jobs. Project Oversight: Transition won contracts to the production team, ensuring material orders and schedules align with the client’s expectations. Relationship Management: Act as the face of the company, providing regular updates to clients from the initial handshake to the final walkthrough. Qualifications Sales Experience (Required): A proven track record in sales is a must for this role. Industry Experience: Previous experience in construction, paving, or landscaping sales is highly preferred. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for negotiating contracts and managing client expectations. Driver’s License: A valid license and clean driving record are required for site visits. #hc216780
