RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)/ Paras

Come join our growing team! Expressions Behavioral Healthcare is a locally owned business located in Raymore, Missouri and is an in clinic only, therapy-based center. Currently we are seeking RBTs/ Behavior Technicians to provide direct treatment to children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities in clinic. Our team works with children between the ages of 2 and 12. Our team's goal is to make meaningful changes by teaching essential skills through naturalistic teaching and play! We are currently seeking RBTs/Behavior Technicians to provide direct treatment to children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities. We are accepting experienced RBTs/Behavior Technicians as well as entry level individuals with training provided to the right candidates. What is an RBT? An RBT is a Registered Behavior Technician. They work directly under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide behavioral therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum. An RBT will implement and teach new skills with a child one-on-one through natural environment play and direct teaching using positive reinforcement. Job Requirements: High school diploma A passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills An upbeat attitude and a team player Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a clear background check is a must 40-hour RBT training, provided BLS CPR/First Aid, provided Work no later than 4:15 PM Monday- Friday Perks/ Benefits: Monthly Incentives Competitive pay Paid time off for employees working 35+ hours/week.
