If you want to do real advisory work without being pushed into the spotlight too soon — this is it.What you'll actually do:Engage with clients and prospects daily and build trusted, holistic relationships.Clearly articulate financial strategies and help clients move confidently toward their goals.Do fiduciary-first work that prioritizes people over products (wirehouse escapees welcome).Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented group focused on long-term client success.Leverage technology and planning tools to deliver a polished, modern client experience.Who we're looking forCurrent CFP certification4+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field.A clean U4 license.Strong verbal communication, writing, and time-management skills.Tech confidence, including Salesforce CRM (or similar).Experience with financial planning tools like MoneyGuidePro is a plus.Client-facing advisory experience and comfort leading financial conversations.Willingness to complete a drug test and background checkLearning never stops hereWe value curiosity.
