Our global team of experts and state-of-the-art research facilities enable us to work side-by-side with growers to provide the most regionally relevant and reliable vegetable seeds available.If our mission resonates with your passion, we look forward to your application.Job descriptionYou will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:• Develop and maintain working relationship with area seed producers.• Contract seed crops with area growers to meet company release quantity and quality.• Assist the grower with crop management, protection and quality issues.• Assist and support field production functions, genetic maintenance, shipping and receiving.• Develop reports, maintain a field book; communicate with colleagues, Producers, PCAs, and State Ag InspectorsWhat we expect of youTo be considered, you will need:• BS Agriculture related degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in vegetable seed production• Ability to read and write in English:• Ability to operate a windows base computer system• Ability to travel domestically (up to 10% of the time)The rewards of working here: You join an expert team of innovators and creators that collaborate with farmers around the world to sustainably enhance the taste and quality of healthy food.
