Job Title: Field Marketer for Home Care Services Company: Caring Connections Location: Various locations (Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Doctor’s Offices, Senior Centers) throughout Westchester County, NY Employment Type: Commission Only Job Overview: Caring Connections is seeking a personable and driven Field Marketer to represent our home care services to key professionals in the healthcare and senior care industry. You will be responsible for introducing Caring Connections as a premier home care provider to social workers, discharge planners, service coordinators, doctors, and other professionals who serve seniors. The primary goal is to generate new client referrals on a consistent basis. Extensive knowledge of the NHTD Waiver program is extremely helpful and desired! This is a commission-only opportunity with a generous payout for each referral generated. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, making this a great role for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong networking skills. Key Responsibilities: - Visit nursing homes, hospitals, doctor’s offices, senior centers, and other relevant locations to promote Caring Connections’ home care services. - Build and maintain strong business relationships with social workers, discharge planners, service coordinators, doctors, and other referral sources. - Generate and follow up on new client referrals on a daily or weekly basis. - Effectively communicate the benefits of Caring Connections’ services to potential referral sources. - Represent Caring Connections professionally and enthusiastically, providing detailed information on how we can support seniors with personalized home care. - Track and report on referral generation and conversion. Requirements: - Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent business relationships with healthcare professionals, including social workers, discharge planners, and doctors. - Experience in field marketing, preferably in home health care or a related field. - Personable, friendly, well-spoken, and capable of building trust and rapport with referral sources. - Self-motivated and capable of generating referrals independently. - Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel to different locations. - Ability to work a flexible schedule that aligns with visits to senior care facilities and medical offices. Compensation: - Commission-only with a generous payout per referral generated.
