Sales Manager – Charleston / Hilton Head RegionNational Window Replacement CompanyWe are searching for a Sales Manager to oversee the Charleston/Hilton Head region for a well-respected national window replacement company. This is a high-growth market with strong demand, an established lead-generation engine, and a leadership team looking for someone who can build, coach, and scale a sales team.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable being in the field, developing sales representatives, driving performance through KPIs, and creating structure in a fast-moving growth environment.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of 10+ sales representatives across the Charleston/Hilton Head region. Use KPIs, activity metrics, and performance reporting to identify gaps and drive consistent revenue results. Conduct frequent ride-alongs to coach sales reps in the field and reinforce best practices. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Sales Leadership to strengthen alignment. Support the growth of the market by helping hire, train, and retain top sales talent. Lead weekly sales meetings focused on activity, performance, coaching, and sales strategy. Forecast sales capacity and help staff the team based on projected growth. Create and present reports highlighting current team production, trends, and upcoming projections. Support a proven sales model while helping the market mature and scale. Qualifications5+ years of sales management or closely related sales leadership experience. Experience leading performance-driven sales teams. Background coaching, developing, and holding sales reps accountable. Experience in a commission-based sales environment preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-activity environment. Ability to travel locally throughout the territory for ride-alongs and field coaching. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Reliable transportation required. Ability to lift and transport sales samples up to 70 lbs. CompensationBase salary: $70K–$75K Year 1 total compensation: $130K–$150K Year 2+ earning potential: $225K+ Monthly vehicle stipend: $450 Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and development resources.
