Senior AI Consultant

Role OverviewThe Senior Consultant will architect, implement, and operationalize AI solutions across our various Clients. The initial project will work on the next generation of an internal GPT system. This includes designing a robust reference architecture, upgrading the memory layer from Blob Storage to Cosmos DB, integrating a RAG pipeline, and transforming the existing custom UI into a fully functional Copilot‑based application. They will work closely with engineering, product, and security teams at the client to ensure the platform is scalable, compliant, and optimized for enterprise use.Key Responsibilities on Initial ProjectReference Architecture Design — Define and implement a scalable, secure architecture for an internal GPT system, including model orchestration, data flows, and RAG integration.Memory Migration to Cosmos DB — Lead the migration of long‑term GPT memory from Azure Blob Storage to Cosmos DB, including schema design, partitioning strategy, and performance tuning.Copilot Application Migration — Rebuild the existing custom user interface as a Copilot application with modern UX patterns, plugin integrations, and enterprise authentication.Persistent User Sessions — Architect and implement session persistence across chat history, memory, and user context.Security & Compliance — Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise security, data governance, and responsible AI standards.Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Partner with engineering, product, and cloud teams to deliver a cohesive platform.Performance Optimization — Monitor and tune system performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.Documentation & Knowledge Transfer — Produce clear architecture diagrams, runbooks, and implementation guides.*This role sits either in Indianapolis, IN or Columbus, OH 3x per week*
