In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting slot machines and gaming equipment to ensure an exceptional guest experience and maximum game uptime.If you enjoy problem-solving, working with electronics, and being part of a fast-paced casino environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.What You’ll DoAs a Slot Technician I, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the performance and reliability of our gaming floor.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, relocate, maintain, and repair slot machines and gaming equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and maintain repair recordsTroubleshoot and repair electronic gaming equipment to the component levelRespond quickly to machine malfunctions and technical issuesAssist with slot machine conversions and new game installationsPartner with Slot Operations and leadership to ensure smooth daily operationsInvestigate slot variances and help resolve technical concernsMaintain and secure all company-issued equipment including keys, radios, and handheld devicesAssist guests with machine-related questions and provide outstanding customer serviceAttend required trainings and stay current on gaming procedures and compliance requirementsWhat We’re Looking ForQualificationsMust be 21 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or GED requiredOne (1) year of Slot Technician or related technical experience preferredElectronics or PC technical degree/certification preferredStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperience using smartphones, tablets, and touchscreen technologyKnowledge of slot systems and gaming equipment preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and related technical softwareWhy Join WarHorse Gaming?At WarHorse Gaming , we’re building one of the most exciting entertainment destinations in Nebraska.
