We are looking to hire a Residential AV Project Manager.Position OverviewThe Residential AV Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple high-end projects simultaneously, coordinating internal teams and external trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesManage residential AV projects from design review through completionCoordinate with homeowners, builders, architects, designers, and vendorsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentationOversee field technicians and subcontractorsLead site meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholdersEnsure quality control, system functionality, and client satisfactionManage change orders, scope adjustments, and project closeoutRequired Experience & Qualifications10+ years of experience in residential AV or smart home integrationExtensive experience managing high-end / luxury residential projectsStrong understanding of AV, networking, lighting control, and smart home systemsProven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsProficiency with project management tools and documentationPreferred Technical Experience (a Plus)Control & Automation: Control4, Savant, CrestronLighting/Shading: LutronNetworking: Cisco, Ubiquiti, Araknis, Ruckus, LuxulCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $100k – $120k, based on experienceOpportunity to work on premier residential projects across the Bay AreaCollaborative, professional team environmentLong-term growth opportunities within the company#LI-MD1
