Team members join a growing organization focused on innovation, design excellence, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all content published across company websites.Add, update, and remove content as required.Maintain consistency in formatting, branding, and presentation.Ensure website content remains accurate, professional, and user-friendly.Maintain product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, features, and technical details.Publish new product launches and updates.Verify accuracy of product-related information prior to publication.Upload and maintain product images, videos, brochures, catalogs, installation manuals, spec sheets, and other supporting documents.Organize and maintain digital asset libraries for easy access and retrieval.Ensure all downloadable resources are current and functional.Serve as the primary point of contact for website content requests.Communicate content changes and website updates to relevant departments.Conduct regular audits to identify outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate information.Monitor website functionality related to content presentation.Ensure product categorization, navigation, filtering, and search functionality remain accurate.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience managing website content, product information, digital assets, or e-commerce platforms.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct content inaccuracies.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong written communication and proofreading abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Proficient with, Google Workspace, and digital file management systems.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to content management.Experience managing content within WordPress and ShopifyExperience with digital asset management and file organization best practices.Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving marketing, sales, engineering, and operations teams.
