We design and deliver targeted programs that drive feature adoption, optimization, and measurable business outcomes across the Workday platform.Within Success Plans, this role focuses on Workday Financials – Record to Report and Accounting Center. Our customers rely on us as trusted advisors to help configure, optimize, and extend their accounting and data orchestration processes—ensuring accurate accounting, strong controls, and efficient close and reporting outcomes.We're collaborative, customer-obsessed, and passionate about solving real business problems with technology—while enjoying the work and the people we do it with.About the RoleAs a Workday Financials (Record to Report & Accounting Center) Functional Consultant – Workday Success Plans, you will work directly with customers post go-live to help them fully leverage their Workday Financials investment.You will serve as a hands-on functional expert across Record to Report and Accounting Center, providing configuration guidance, troubleshooting support, and best-practice advisory services. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
