Full-Stack Developer (AI)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (AI-Enabled)We’re seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can build and own applications end-to-end across both front-end and back-end systems. This role requires a strong balance of modern UI development and backend/API design, along with demonstrated experience applying AI tools in real-world workflows.Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications across front-end and back-end systems Develop responsive, high-quality UI components using React and TypeScript Design and implement scalable APIs and backend services using .NET / ASP.NET Core Own integration between front-end, backend services, and databases Contribute to database design, data modeling, and query optimization Implement testing strategies across the stack (unit, integration, etc.) Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to improve development workflows and productivity Build or contribute to AI-enabled features, workflows, or internal tooling where applicable Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack Ensure performance, scalability, and accessibility best practices are followedRequirements: A true full-stack builder (not front-end leaning) Someone who owns backend design—not just consumes APIs Someone actively using AI in their day-to-day work and can show it, not just talk about it Ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomesRequired Skills: Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript Experience with modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite) Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (Sass/LESS) Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Recoil) Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization Solid experience building APIs and backend services using C# and .NET 8 Strong experience with ASP.NET Core for RESTful API development Experience designing scalable, production-grade backend systems Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DocumentDB or similar) Experience with system integration patterns (APIs, async processing, event-driven design preferred) Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar) Proficiency with Git for version control Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot Experience working with Claude (or similar LLM tools) in a development context Demonstrated experience building or implementing AI-driven workflows Ability to clearly articulate real-world use cases where AI improved development efficiency or product outcomesPreferred Skills: Experience with event-driven architecture, async processing, or microservices Exposure to AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar) Experience working with large datasets and data-intensive applications Familiarity with HCM, benefits, or healthcare-related systems (HIPAA, ACA, etc.) Experience with EDI, enrollment systems, or benefits administration platforms Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements
