We service the Mid Cities and surrounding areas with a focus on safety, quality, and respect for our commercial and residential properties.Job SummaryWe're looking for a motivated, reliable Lawn Care Technician to join our team. You'll work on residential and commercial properties using well-maintained equipment to keep lawns looking their best.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain lawn care equipment: push/riding mowers, blowers, edgers, trimmers, chainsaws (training provided) and fertilizing equipment.Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf cleanupsKeep work sites clean, safe, and professional; respect customer property, pets, and childrenFollow safety procedures and wear required PPEPerform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needsMaintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and be willing to learn new equipment/techniquesQualificationsValid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation to/from the shopLawn care or landscaping experience required ( minimum 1 year experience )Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and pride in work qualityReliable, on time, and able to manage your day efficientlyAble to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shiftGood communication skills and ability to work well with a teamMust be authorized to work in the United StatesWhat We OfferPaid vacation and holidays after 1 year of employmentHands-on training and growth opportunities (crew lead, etc.)Supportive, team-oriented work environment — we value our employeesAccess to well-maintained, high-quality equipmentHow to ApplyReady to join a company that actually appreciates hard work?Submit your application directly through this posting.
