Physical Therapist Location: Mammoth Lakes, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,380 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shifts Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Licensed Physical Therapist Certifications: American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy Description: Physical Therapists are responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for physical therapy treatment. They formulate treatment plans and goals. Administration of physical therapy treatments is required. Therapists will be active in inpatient and outpatient services, interacting with all hospital departments and medical staff. 1:1 Patient care is provided with one 45-minute appointment every hour. They perform appropriate evaluation tests and measurements based on the patient's diagnosis. Treatment plans are developed and reassessed and revised every 6 weeks or earlier based on the patient's progress. Physical therapy techniques appropriate to the diagnosis are performed. Therapists must document progress reports for patients in a timely manner. Documentation coincides with physician follow-up visits and assists with compliance for insurance carriers. In addition to scheduled weekday and Saturday shifts, coverage for inpatient care on holidays and Sundays will be shared. The ideal candidate enjoys working as a team and collaborating with co-workers for best patient outcomes. They should enjoy working with people and thrive in a social atmosphere.
