CZ Law is a leading California personal injury law firm that is dedicated to the representation of injured people.Because of the size and strength of our firm, we have the resources to match the firepower of big insurance companies, which do everything in their power to try to get a discount on the payment of legitimate claims.CZ Law has won over $2 billion in jury verdicts and settlements, and we've done it by listening to our clients, understanding what they have lost, and explaining to juries and insurance companies their personal stories.Responsibilities:Manage cases all phases of personal injury litigation, from case inception to resolutionArgue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in CourtTake and defend and depositionsActive participation in trial at the State and Federal levelConduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparationDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsReview and analyze medical records, police reports, and other relevant documentsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnelAssist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness filesMaintain case files and document management systemsExperience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury lawProficient in legal administrative tasks and proceduresStrong research skills using Lexis-Nexis and WestlawAbility to negotiate, write, and research effectivelyFamiliarity with the litigation process and legal draftingThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
