We are currently searching for Sales Associates who have a high level of integrity, are hardworking and motivated to join our team.Position SummaryPosition: Car Sales Associate (Used)Classification: Full Time; Exempt (Commission Base)Reports To: General ManagerWork Location: In person; South Houston near I-45 and BeltwayEssential Duties include but are not limited to:Stay up to date and knowledgeable of Kia products, services, and inventoryUtilize marketing tools and networking to build customer baseDetermine each customer's needs by utilizing the Customer Needs Analysis ProcessSelect, Present and Demonstrate vehicles per the Vehicle Selection Presentation and Demonstration ProcessSeek Customer Agreement to purchase/lease a vehicle per the Customer Agreement ProcessEncourage repeat and referral business as well as customer satisfaction by utilizing our client Relation Management (CRM) toolDeliver new vehicles per the established Vehicle Delivery ProcessIntroducing and educating the buyer to the Dealership Service and Parts Department to ensure they continue to return with all their service needsClearly understand and communicate vehicle equity, values, and trade in options to customersUnderstand all applicable Federal, State and Local law governing the sales or lease of a vehicleAttend all Sales MeetingsOther Duties May be assignedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Basic computer skills required to maintain CRMStrong sales, communication, and customer service skillsAble to work individually as well as part of a team.Relevant Work Experience & Other Requirements:Must meet dealerships requirements for employment which include background check and drug screeningMust have a valid driver's license and be insurable based on driving record.Must be a minimum of eighteen years of ageMust be punctual and reliable.Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit, stand, and/ or walk for extended periods of timeCompensation & Benefits:Competitive Commission Based Pay PlanPaid Time Off401K retirement plan & annual employer matchHealth, Vision, and Dental benefitsHealth Savings AccountCompany Paid Life InsuranceDisability, Voluntary Life, & Supplemental plan optionsDiscounts, perks, and incentivesPaid TrainingOpportunity for Growth & DevelopmentSafe & Team Oriented Work EnvironmentBayway Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
