Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, refrigeration units (including ammonia refrigeration), plumbing fixtures, boilers, and mechanical equipment.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues.
Conduct field service visits to client sites, ensuring timely resolution of equipment malfunctions and system failures.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to perform electrical testing and mechanical repairs with precision.
Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, including inspection reports, repair logs, and compliance records.
Assist with property maintenance tasks such as appliance repair, air conditioning servicing, and general mechanical upkeep.
Operate company vehicles responsibly as a driver while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
Proven experience as a service technician in construction or property maintenance environments.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R systems, refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), plumbing, and boiler operation.
Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and electrical testing tools like ohmmeters.
Experience performing equipment repair in field service settings with an emphasis on HVAC/R systems or appliance repair.
Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately; welding or fabrication skills are a plus.
Demonstrated mechanic experience with property maintenance tasks such as air conditioning servicing or boiler management.

Pay: $19.00 - $35.00 per hour
