Senior M&A/PE Associate

The Firm & OpportunityA highly regarded Am Law firm is seeking a senior-level Associate to join its Corporate M&A and Private Equity practice in Boston. This is an opportunity to become part of a well-established, nationally recognized platform with a strong presence in the middle-market private equity space and a reputation for delivering sophisticated transactional work.The team represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic investors across the full investment lifecycle, including platform acquisitions, add-ons, governance matters, and exits.
