Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in making sure our sales and mitigation teams are organized, prepared, and able to serve customers with excellence.
Logistics experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are primarily looking for someone with a strong work ethic, commitment to integrity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think ahead and solve problems in a fast paced environment.

What would I be doing?
Plan and organize daily schedules for the field teams
Adjust plans when new jobs or changes come in
Share arrival times and updates with sales and customer care
Help the Field Supervisor keep work moving smoothly
Keep scheduling systems accurate and up to date
Track basic daily scheduling numbers
Work with different teams to stay aligned
Step in to help with other needs as they come up
Other duties as assigned

Starting compensation: $42,000 - $48,000 per year, based on experience

Compensation
