Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Recommends equipment and processes for efficient, cost effective, promote quality and improve reliability.Assess current equipment and processes, make recommendations for improvements.Troubleshoot, evaluate, and repair equipment, processes.Develop, implement improvement methods and controls focused on safety, quality and efficiencyReport on resultsProject plan development and presentation, follow-up, tracking progressRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports.All other duties as assignedQualifications, Education And ExperienceBachelors’ Degree with Engineering Certificate required0-3 years manufacturing engineering experience, analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid working knowledge and hands on experience with concepts and principlesExperience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Outlook email and calendar.Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.Exceptional time management and organization skills.
