Facilities Assessment Staff Associate

Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related servicesExhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivationPerforming field and laboratory testingAssisting with preparation of reports, proposals, and projectsAssisting with projects as neededInteracting with senior staff members on a variety of projectsScheduling and oversight of facilities techniciansPromoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPEHigh School Diploma or GED required; 2 year technical degree in related field preferred2 years of experience as an ECS Facilities Technician, or equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education requiredFacilities certifications are required for all types of testing performed.
