Logistics Operator

Logistics Forklift Operator This role is responsible for safely and efficiently loading our insulated metal panels ranging from 7 foot to 60 feet long, onto flat-bed trailers and Conestoga trailers. The equipment used to do this is a combi-lift. Forklifts will also be utilized within the plant as well. Responsibilities: Pick and pack customer orders as determined by Logistics Supervisor, in order to meet customer demands (both international and domestic). Load and unload trucks as needed. Perform inventory management assignments, including both ongoing and annual physical inventory tasks. This includes data entry in Falk’s system when required via a computer and/or scan gun. Maintain cleanliness of driving area Perform daily safety check on all PIT vehicles Work Environment: This role works inside the production facility, and outside in the parking lot loading trucks, year round. Basic Qualifications: Must have overall knowledge and understanding of outbound shipping timing and be able to prioritize duties accordingly. Must be extremely detail oriented and organized. Must be willing to cross-train to work in various departments and support capacities throughout the facility to maintain orderly and safe production and shipping goals.
