Provide leadership and professional development to nursing staff through structured in-service education and training. Collaborate with the Administrator and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times. Evaluate and improve nursing care practices to ensure optimal quality and efficient utilization of resources. Oversee compliance with federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulations. Serve as a liaison between administrator, nursing staff, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that prioritizes the dignity, rights, and well-being of all residents. Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with other members of the leadership team. Other duties as assignedKey Requirements:Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license within state of practice Bachelor's (BSN) degree in Nursing preferred Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long term care. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification from the American Heart AssociationCompensation and Schedule:Pay rate starting at $52 per hour but can be more based on education and years of experience Comprehensive benefits plan Monday - Friday with occasional weekends #CMAll PandoLogic.
