You’ll develop a deep understanding of the firm’s brand, and work to elevate and evolve it on a consistent, ongoing basis. You’ll build and lead a best-in-class team to deliver compelling, differentiated, and high-impact creative solutions that elevate Goodwin’s brand and support its strategic priorities.What You Will DoCreative and Brand StrategyDefine and lead the firm’s global creative vision, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing strategy and business objectives Develop a deep understanding of the Goodwin brand and continuously elevate and evolve its expression across all channels Translate marketing goals into clear, compelling, and novel creative solutions Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and prioritize creative initiatives that support key firm priorities Own and maintain the firm’s brand guidelines for visual identity and voice and tone; continuously refine and evolve them to ensure they remain modern, differentiated, and impactful Creative ExecutionOversee all creative design and copywriting projects and initiatives end-to-end from ideation through execution, with a relentless focus on the details that distinguish final outputs from “good enough” to exceptional Ensure consistency in visual identity, voice, and tone across all channels and formats spanning digital, print, motion/video, and experiential Lead team in developing memorable branded solutions for priority marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives; collaborate closely with other Marketing & Communications and stakeholder teams to ensure objectives are met Oversee and manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and offshore production resources to ensure quality, efficiency, and excellence in executionTeam LeadershipLead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team across creative disciplines Build, expand, and optimize team capabilities and structure to support the growing scope of the Marketing team and broader department Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Ensure effective resourcing and workload management across creative projects and priorities Operations and ProcessOptimize creative workflows, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and scalability in close collaboration with team members in other Marketing functions including Marketing Strategy, Operations, and Technology Introduce new formats, storytelling approaches, and technologies to enhance creative outputs Encourage experimentation and the adoption of new creative techniques, tools, and trends Who You Are12+ years of proven work experience in creative roles, with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing integrated creative functions including design and copywriting Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience Experience building and scaling a creative team In-house/brand-side and professional services experience preferred Experience working within a workflow management tool; Workfront knowledge a plus A portfolio will be requested and is required as part of the application process Occasional travel to other offices and site visits A visionary creative leader with a strong portfolio of impactful, multi-channel work A strategic, big-picture thinker who can translate complex business objectives into compelling creative solutions An exceptional communicator and collaborator, able to influence and align stakeholders across all levels A hands-on leader who can both set direction and dive into execution when needed A builder of high-performing teams with a passion for mentoring and developing talent Deeply invested in brand quality, creative excellence, and continuous improvement Detail-oriented, disciplined, and relentless in the pursuit of exceptional work Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing craft or precision Benefits And MoreAt Goodwin, you will discover your next career opportunity with a rewarding compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including:Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insuranceRetirement & Savings PlanEmergency back-up child and adult carePaid vacation, sick time off, and holidaysProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesEmployee recognition and reward programsEmployee wellness and assistance programsEmployee discounts and perksThis position is eligible for overtime: NoThe Target Salary Range For This Position Varies By Location And Is Commensurate With Relevant Experience: $180,000.00 - $235,000.00
