Collaborates with users across the organization to support systems, deliver training, resolve issues, and implement enhancements driven by business needs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Deploys, configures, and maintains Windows servers (on-prem and Azure), workstations, and mobile devices.Performs regular system updates, backups of IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.Works with other IT staff to manage and monitor company-wide network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, routers, VPNs, and applications.Provides timely technical support, monitors helpdesk performance and trends, and ensures issue tracking and resolution.Collaborates with other IT staff to manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls through group policy or scripting, including protection of intellectual property.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.Six years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in systems administration.Successful experience in management of IT service desk.High level of knowledge of Microsoft O365.DDRC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).CULTURE & ENVIRONMENT:Our team demonstrates dedication to creating an environment where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are supported and empowered.
