This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership and client-facing experience.Responsibilities:Lead structural design and coordination efforts across multiple projectsManage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables from concept through constructionOversee and mentor teams of engineers and BIM/modeling staffServe as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, and contractorsEnsure successful project execution while maintaining quality and efficiency standardsParticipate in construction administration efforts including RFIs, submittals, and field coordinationQualifications:7+ years of structural engineering experience (building design focus)Strong background in steel and concrete structural systemsSE license requiredProven experience managing projects and leading teamsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsExperience with seismic design and California codes preferredExposure to DSA or HCAI/OSHPD projects is a plusStrong communication and leadership skillsInterested in hearing more?
