Technical Resolution Supervisor
A company is looking for a Technical Resolution Supervisor (100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching and support to a team of 12-15 Technical Resolution Specialists
Oversee the development and administration of training procedures and policies
Analyze performance data to identify trends and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3 years of customer service or technical support experience, preferably in a technology-based environment
1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in an inbound contact center
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern virtual communication platforms
