GUIDE TO THE POSITION – DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventive maintenance as detailed in PM program. Work on major breakdowns in a timely manner. Assist other technicians as necessary. Work on fixer flags in assigned loom layout in a timely matter. Record any parts used. Perform pattern changes. Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices. Performs other duties as required. SPECIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION. Minimum education required: High School or GED Preferred Minimum experience required: Three years weaving experience. Description of working conditions/physical surroundings: Plant Floor. Lifting up to 25 Lbs. Shift work: 12 hours shifts. 8pm-8am Description of responsibility for work of others: N/A Contacts required inside or outside the Company: Other Loom Technicians and Weavers.
