Machine Operator/Loader/Inspector

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator/Loader/Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery, loading raw materials, inspecting finished products for quality standards, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, precision measurement skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. This position offers an engaging environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are paramount. Duties Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment. Load raw materials into machines safely and efficiently. Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments and precision measurement tools to verify dimensions and adherence to specifications. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Follow safety standards in production environments by adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment. Assist in assembly processes when required, ensuring components meet quality standards before final inspection. Document production activities and inspection results meticulously for traceability and quality assurance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machine issues promptly and minimize downtime. Requirements Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery. Proficiency in using measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools. Familiarity with shop math concepts essential for machining and fabrication tasks. Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments and strict adherence to safety protocols. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills for teamwork and reporting issues efficiently. Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00a-3:30p $14/hr to start ***10 hrs OT per week*** Pay: $14.00 per hour Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred) Parts Inspection: 1 year (Preferred) Machine Operator: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
