Field Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator to support regional marketing programs with a strong emphasis on data management, campaign execution, and operational support. This role plays a critical part in ensuring marketing activities run smoothly—from accurate data entry and lead processing to supporting communications and sponsorship activations. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Entry - Accurately enter, update, and maintain campaign, event, and lead data in systems - Manage list imports and data cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness - Support lead routing and follow-up processes in partnership with sales teams - Track campaign and event performance metrics and assist with reporting - Ensure proper attribution of leads and activities across campaigns - Maintain data hygiene and compliance with internal processes and privacy regulations Communications Support - Assist in building and scheduling campaign and internal communications - Support content updates for event pages, registration platforms, and internal communications - Coordinate distribution of messaging across channels to ensure timely delivery - Help maintain consistency in messaging and branding across assets Sponsorship & Event Support - Provide logistical and administrative support for sports sponsorship activations and field events - Manage attendee lists, invitations, confirmations, and onsite check-in processes - Coordinate materials, vendor communications, and shipping for events - Assist with post-event follow-up, including data upload and reporting Operational & Team Support - Support field marketing managers with day-to-day execution of campaigns and events - Coordinate across internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure alignment - Track timelines, deliverables, and program milestones - Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor invoices Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in marketing, operations, events, or administrative support roles - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and management - Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Success Metrics - Accuracy and timeliness of data entry and reporting - Lead processing speed and data quality - Executional excellence across campaigns and events - Internal stakeholder satisfaction (marketing and sales teams)
