Doctor of Medicine | Physical Medicine Location: Vermont Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an outpatient provider experienced in botulinum toxin (Botox) injections for spasticity management. While a physiatrist is preferred, we are also open to Neurologists or Anesthesiology-trained Pain Physicians with demonstrated expertise in managing spasticity using Botox.
