The position is based in Meridian, ID, with the flexibility to work from home, spare time, part-time, full time. Responsibilities maintain personal day-to-day operations, build and maintain client relationships. Develop tailored financial plans with the help of a mentor and lead your team to achieve personal and team goals.The Agent/Owner will be aware they are seen in the community, as a representative of the agency, in a positive manner.QualificationsNo business experience neededNo Degree requiredNo required knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development strategiesBe coachablePossess honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, positive attitude and have a willingness to support fellow team membersPossess the willingness to establish and maintain client relationshipsHave the ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to solve problems, effectively manage time, and the ability to make decisionsLicensing is required, all training materials will be provided
