Python Developer

We are looking for a seasoned Python Developer (AI/ML) to join our team and help build the future of intelligent financial systems. You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining the pipelines that power our AI/ML initiatives, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and highly performant.The Tech StackCore: Python, PySpark/Spark, AWS (S3, EMR, Lambda, SageMaker)The "Plus" List: Databricks, Terraform (IaC)Focus Areas: AI/ML Engineering, AI Agents, Scalable Data SystemsYour ResponsibilitiesArchitect & Build: Design and implement scalable data systems and distributed processing pipelines using PySpark and AWS.Deploy AI Solutions: Lead the engineering effort to integrate AI Agents and Machine Learning models into our core financial products.Operational Excellence: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and high availability of ML services.Infrastructure as Code: Utilize Terraform to manage cloud environments and ensure reproducible, scalable infrastructure.Collaborate: Work closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to translate complex business requirements into technical reality.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on data-intensive applications.Python Expert: Strong hands-on experience with Python and its ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, FastAPI).Cloud Native: Proven track record of building and deploying systems within AWS environments.Scaling Pro: Deep understanding of distributed computing (Spark/PySpark) and handling large-scale datasets.Bonus Points: * Direct experience with Databricks.A background in Financial Services is a significant plus.Understanding of AI Agent orchestration and LLM integration.
