Driver for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation and Delivery/Logistics
Job Duties
Transport passengers safely, assist them door-to-door, and load both passengers and belongings.
Transport goods/documentation/parcels.
Must have an attitude geared toward safety.
Required to perform basic math, reading and problem-solving skills.
Follow the schedule, GPS, other company apps and report regularly to dispatch.
Maintain vehicle interior and exterior and arrange for vehicle services.
Complete all required docs and maintenance records clearly and accurately.
Participate in training and educational opportunities.
Skills/Qualifications
Basic mechanical aptitude to detect and report vehicle problems.
Involves sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, reaching and lifting (up to 75 lbs) for varying periods of time throughout the day.
Reliable transportation to work.
Must be able to work as a team player.
Safety and security-minded, able to reach and use GPS and other apps
Reliable, energetic, customer service/team oriented, excellent communicator
Preferred
Current CPR/First Aid Cert, and other NEMT req'd certs
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age with a minimum of 1 year of uninterrupted driving experience
Pass Criminal Background Check (past convictions will not prevent employment)
Less than 2 moving violations on driver's record within the last 5 years
No more than 1 accident on the driver's record within the last 3 years
Pass initial Drug Test, be willing/able to submit to random drug testing
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
