We are located in Los Angeles, CA and local applicants are preferred but not required. The primary responsibilities include hosting engaging live selling sessions on TikTok, showcasing products in a captivating and informative manner, and responding to live audience inquiries. You will be responsible for maintaining an active social media presence to boost brand awareness, preparing for live content sessions by studying product details, staying updated on wellness trends, and providing exceptional customer interaction. An enthusiasm for sales, wellness, and social media trends is key to success in this role. We are offering an hourly wage and competitive commission based on sales.QualificationsExperience with live selling, social media hosting, and engagement strategiesUnderstanding of wellness, natural products, and skincare industries. Knowledge of the Moringa tree is a bonus!! (however we are happy to educate you)Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of TikTok trends, tools and live sales platform navigation.Ability to remain energetic, charismatic, and approachable during live sessionsBasic video setup and production skills (lighting, framing, etc.)Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to increase sales and engagementPrior experience in retail or sales is preferredHigh level of comfort appearing on camera and interacting with a live audienceFlexibility to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA
