Sales Associate/Loader

If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy engaging with people, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your retail career while providing outstanding service. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries * Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties and loading product with a loader. * Organize merchandise, and ensure products are well-presented to maximize sales potential * *Maintain a clean and organized store environment through effective merchandising and stock replenishment* * Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Assist with loading customer purchases safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods during checkout and loading processes. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus * The ability to lift 50# bags the ability to use a forklift or John Deere Loader or similar * Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities is a bonus * Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions * Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising techniques, and inventory stocking procedures * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette * Demonstrated ability to supervise or assist team members in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
