Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist and become the vital link between our clients and our Technical Sales Engineers.About The RoleAs our Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of customer satisfaction. Your role will bridge the gap between our sales department, clients, and vendors, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will be crucial in managing project orders, coordinating and maintaining momentum.
