This role will be responsible for the operational excellence of a small warehouse team working to provide technical excellence of rental equipment. This position requires strong people leadership, communication, and technical skills.This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV or McCook, IL.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDaily oversight of quality control and technical service staffDaily oversight and participation of physical checks of rental equipment to ensure cosmetic and functional excellenceDaily oversight and participation of the intake of equipment and prioritize the staging of outbound equipmentDaily oversight and participation of the qualification and processing of inbound damaged equipmentOversee a small stock of repair parts, accessories and ancillaries required to return equipment to a rentable stateCollaborate and accelerate innovations in QC tooling, practices and executionAssist in training/development of warehouse staffEnsure sound safety and risk policies and procedures through assigned areasPerform regular quality audits to ensure operational excellenceProvide recommendations on Capital Expenditure and planningPromote teamwork and communication between all warehouse operationsAssists other departments as neededPerforms other duties as assignedEducation & Experience* High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required* Minimum 2 years of related experience within event production and/or warehouse operationsWhat We OfferThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
