Job Description SUMMARY: The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the CEO. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Answers and directs phone calls for CEOProvides general support to visitors and acts as a main point of contact for internal and external membersWrites and distributes emails, correspondence, memos, letters and formsSubmits and reconciles expense reportsPartners with CEO to prioritize the daily schedule, troubleshooting as issues arise throughout the dayManages communications for the CEO, while ensuring a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detailAttends meetings, sets up technology and takes meeting minutesCoordinates reservations and makes travel arrangements for Senior Management Assists with special projects and events, as assigned by the CEOOther duties as may be assignedSECONDARY FUNCTIONS:Assists Human Resources with company-sponsored events and All Employee MeetingsProvides administrative support to Senior Management, as directed Serves as the CEO’s point of contact for communications with admins for the Board of DirectorsQUALIFICATIONS: Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fieldExperience Required: Three (3) years of experience in an administrative assistant role, supporting day-to-day operations of maintaining Outlook calendar, making travel arrangements, recording meeting minutes and creating communications TRAVEL: Up to 5% local travel to the branches or to attend training and networking eventsThe base pay for this position is $20.09 to $33.49 per hour.
