Baker

Position Overview We are looking for a Baker/Finisher that can come in to work at 3 a.m. and has a passion for providing excellent baked goods and a great guest experience. They will be responsible for baking and finishing the Company’s baked good items, including donuts, bagels, croissants, etc. and will be expected to execute proper pre‑bake, baking, and post‑bake procedures in a timely fashion to produce consistent, high‑quality finished baked products to guests. Responsibilities Produce bakery items including donuts, bagels, croissants, etc. Execute proper pre‑bake, baking, and post‑bake procedures in a timely fashion to produce consistent, high‑quality finished baked products. Ensure brand production standards and systems are executed on the shift. Transition to crew position when production levels are complete for the day. Maintain a consistently high level of product quality, an exceptionally clean work environment, and optimum output with minimum waste. Multitask, adhere to product recipes/specifications, and uphold company product, service, and food safety standards. Requirements Minimum age of 18 years. 3 a.m. availability.
